What is anodizing technology?

In the natural environment, a thin oxide layer will be formed naturally on the aluminium surface, which has certain protective property. However, this untreated aluminium surface is highly vulnerabled by physical damage and chemical corrosion.
The Anodizing Technology is a kind of electrolytic oxidizing process, during which the surface of aluminum usually turns into one oxidized layer whose function is protection properties, decorating and others.

Why Anodizing?

To overcome the defects of the aluminium surface hardness, abrasion resistance, etc. Enlarges application ranges, increase of service life.

The advantage of Anodized Aluminium Sheet:

1.Good processability

Anodized Aluminium Sheet is decorative strong, moderate hardness, it can bend easily, suitable for continuous high-speed stamping, convenient to process into products directly, no need complicated surface treatment, greatly reduce the production cycle and production cost.

2.Good weathering resistance

The standard anodizing layer 3μm of anodized aluminium sheet for the indoor long time use, is not discolored, non-corroding, not oxidated and no rust. With thick anodized layer 10μm of anodized aluminium sheet, suitable for outdoor use, it is not discolored during expose to the sunlight.

3.Strong metal feeling

After anodizing, the aluminium surface become high hardness, up to gem grade, good scratch resistance. There is no paint cover, preserve the metallic color of the aluminium plate, highling the modern metallic feel, improve product level and added value.

4.High fire retardancy

Pure metal products, there is no paint and no any chemicals on the surface, not burning at 600℃ high temperature, no poisonous gases are produced, meet environmental requirements.

5.Strong fouling resistance

No gingerprints, no blemishes and marks, easy to clean, no corrosion spots are produced.

6.Good applicability
